    There isn't much to say about the book that isn't said in the forward; Prusikin is an amazing author that clearly explains the ideas behind the moves, and clearly shorts everything into original categories. Not overly analysis heavy, I would hazard a guess that anyone below IM level would learn from this book, or at least reinforce their attacking ideas.
