I just started reading this book and i can already tell that this is a master piece and it is a super fun book it learns you techniques in positional chess what works and the engine also likes the ideas if you time them correctly i would say this book is made between for 1600 to 2000+ you can do the book more early terms of rating but it might be to advanced or things what wont happen in your game

A very useful book. Gives you a lot of middlegame ideas and you get to know famous games from the past. Also very helpful that the games are listed by openings as well, so you can look for specific games/positions that you want to analyze more deeply.
