Since The Sponsor was based on the notes one of the sponsors of the Tata Steel Tournament has been taking behind the scenes for over ten years, let’s have a look at one of the most famous positions ever played in Wijk aan Zee. The game Levon Aronian – Viswanathan Anand played in 2013 is my favorite Semi-Slav and one of the best and wildest games ever played. Poor Aronian had to figure out this madness on move 17.
