This book is a simple but good guide for the aspiring beginner looking to improve their chess. Lessons like "use all of your time" are taught along side common thinking errors and some commonly overlooked topics like "how do you deal with common issues during an over the board tournament game".

I think the rating should be closer to 800-1000 however.
